The Art
Beneath Every Composition
The most difficult factor, behind the making of “A
Journey to Wonderland”, involved the process of designing a pictorial
composition of a specific theme. The first approach was to determine what
component elements had to be included in order to build the scene. The second
was to determine how to create and implement each entity. The third was to
identify what medium and building materials to use. It took many hours, many
days and many month of preparation. But, essentially, I had to figure out a
way to produce work that closely followed John Tenniel’s drawing
illustrations.
